IT support that gets ahead of the problem.

Monitoring, patching, backup, security and a help desk your staff can actually reach — for a flat monthly rate, from a company twenty minutes away.

What managed IT actually buys you

Break-fix IT means you only hear from your provider when something is already broken, and you pay most when things are going worst. Managed IT inverts that: we watch the environment continuously, apply updates on a schedule, verify that backups actually restore, and fix small problems before your staff ever files a ticket.

Practically, that means fewer interruptions, predictable monthly cost, and a documented environment that does not live in one person's head. It also means someone is accountable for the things nobody enjoys owning — license true-ups, offboarding a departing employee properly, keeping firmware current, and proving to your insurer that controls exist.

We are a Microsoft-centric shop. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot are daily work here, so tenant migrations, conditional access policy, device enrollment and hybrid identity are handled in-house rather than subcontracted.

Where new clients usually start

Most environments we take over have the same four gaps. We fix these first, in this order.

Identity

Multi-factor authentication everywhere, admin accounts separated from daily accounts, and stale accounts removed.

Backup

Confirm what is actually protected — including Microsoft 365 data, which most people assume is backed up and is not.

Endpoints

Consistent protection, encryption and patching on every device, including the laptops nobody told us about.

Documentation

Network diagram, credentials in a real vault, and a written recovery plan so a bad day is inconvenient instead of existential.

Common questions

How do you price managed IT?

A flat monthly rate, quoted per user or per device depending on which fits your environment. It is quoted after a walkthrough so it reflects your actual setup.

Is there a long contract?

We use a term agreement so we can plan and staff properly, and we go over the exit terms before you sign. We would rather you stay because it is working.

What is the response time?

Response targets are written into the agreement by severity, and an after-hours path is included for outages that stop work. Vague promises help nobody.

Can you support a business with no server?

Yes, and that is increasingly the norm. Microsoft 365 with Intune-managed devices removes the server from many small offices entirely.

Do you take over from an existing IT provider?

Regularly. We handle the transition, document what we inherit, and give you an honest list of what was left in poor shape.

Let's look at what you have.

A walkthrough and a written scope cost nothing. You'll get a real number before anyone shows up with a ladder.
