A small South Jersey technology company that does the whole job.
We install the infrastructure and we support it afterward — which is unusual, and is the reason most of our clients came to us.
Who we are
DSO Technologies works out of Pilesgrove, New Jersey. We serve businesses and homeowners across the southern counties — offices, warehouses, retail, professional practices, and the houses of people who want their technology to behave.
The work splits into two halves that most companies keep separate. On one side, managed IT: Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, device management, cybersecurity, backup and a help desk. On the other, physical systems: structured cabling, networks, cameras, access control, and RTI-based automation and audio.
Keeping both under one roof changes the quality of the outcome. The person who designs the network knows how the cable was run. The person programming the control system knows how the network is segmented. When something misbehaves, there is no vendor standoff — there is one company that owns it.
We tell you what not to buy
If something can safely wait a year, or is not worth doing at all, you will hear that. It costs us a sale occasionally and it has never cost us a client.
We document what we build
Diagrams, labels, port maps and credentials in a real vault. Your infrastructure should not live in one person's memory, including ours.
We answer the phone
You will know who is coming to your building, and you will not be routed into a queue three states away.
We stay after the install
Anyone can hand over a finished project. The value shows up in year three.
What we are good at
Microsoft environments
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot are daily work — tenant migrations, conditional access, device enrollment and identity cleanup.
Physical infrastructure
Cabling, racks, switching, wireless, cameras and door hardware. Installed to standard, tested and labeled.
The Ubiquiti stack
We standardize cameras, door access and phones on UniFi Protect, UniFi Access and UniFi Talk — one console, one app, one relationship.
Control and automation
RTI programming, distributed audio, theater and lighting integration for homes and commercial spaces.
Security and compliance
Identity-first security, endpoint protection, and the documentation insurers and auditors ask to see.
Systems that talk to each other
Integration work between ERP, CRM, accounting and shipping platforms so data stops being retyped.
Inheriting a mess
Undocumented networks, unlabeled racks and environments nobody has owned for years. We are comfortable there.
