Stop paying people to retype data.

We connect the systems you already own so information moves on its own — quotes into accounting, orders into shipping, forms into your CRM.

The cost is hidden in the hours

Almost every business has a person whose week includes exporting from one system and importing into another. Nobody budgeted for that job; it accumulated. It is slow, it introduces errors, and it stops entirely when that person is on vacation.

Automation work is unglamorous and high return. We map how information actually moves through your operation, find the handoffs done by copy and paste, and build the connections that remove them. The systems stay the same — you are already paying for them — they just start talking.

We scope this work with no upfront fee. If we cannot find enough value to justify the project, we will say so and you will owe nothing.

What's included
  • Process mapping of how data moves between your systems today
  • Integrations between ERP, CRM, accounting, shipping and e-commerce
  • API and file-based connections where no native integration exists
  • Scheduled syncs with error handling and alerting when something fails
  • Automated document generation and routing
  • Microsoft 365, Power Automate and SharePoint workflows
  • Form intake that lands in the right system automatically
  • Inventory and order synchronization between platforms
  • Reporting and dashboards built on the joined data
  • Documentation and handover so it is not a black box

Typical projects

ERP to shipping

Orders and inventory synchronized between an ERP and a shipping platform, so nobody rekeys addresses or fights stale stock counts.

Quote to invoice

An accepted quote becomes a job and an invoice without a second round of data entry.

Intake automation

Web forms, emailed PDFs and paper turned into structured records that land where the work actually happens.

Approval routing

Purchase requests and time off routed to the right approver with a record of who approved what.

Reporting nobody assembles by hand

A dashboard that refreshes itself instead of a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday.

Onboarding and offboarding

New hire accounts, licenses, groups and equipment provisioned from one request — and fully revoked from one departure.

Common questions

What does “no upfront fees” mean exactly?

We scope the project and identify the savings before you commit to anything. If the numbers do not work, you owe nothing for the analysis.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Rarely. The point of this work is to get more out of what you already pay for. If a system genuinely cannot be integrated, we will tell you that plainly.

What if the integration breaks?

We build in error handling and alerting so failures are visible immediately rather than discovered a week later. Ongoing support is available and usually advisable.

How long does a project take?

Simple connections often run two to four weeks. Multi-system projects take longer and are usually phased so value arrives early.

Is our data safe in an automated workflow?

Integrations use authenticated connections with least-privilege access, and we document exactly what moves where. Nothing gets a broader permission than the job requires.

Let's look at what you have.

A walkthrough and a written scope cost nothing. You'll get a real number before anyone shows up with a ladder.
